Kamola is an outstanding professional with experience in IT and social areas.

In 2022, Kamola has won Uzbekistan Business Leaders fellowship in USA. She interned in NGO called "Dress for Success" which aims to help achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

From 2017 to 2021, she worked in IT startup called Super Dispatch. Super Dispatch helped Kamola to grow as IT enthusiast working along with development team who always helped me understand what happens beyond the features.

Kamola has graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent majoring Business Information Systems.
