Aziz is an accomplished Project Manager at Social Finance Advisors, leveraging his extensive experience in the financial and investment sectors. With over 12 years of dedicated expertise, Aziz has been a driving force in private equity projects spanning industrial, financial, and commercial real estate sectors.

In 2021 Aziz worked as Head of Structured Finance Division at JSCB Uzpromstroybank, where he was involved in the transformation of the bank in cooperation with IFC. Aziz's impressive track record also includes his role as a Financial Consultant in securing $250 million (out of $603 million) in funding from European banks for the state project on the “Implementation of an automated control and accounting system for natural gas”.

From 2019 to 2021, he worked in the Investment Department of Uzbek-Oman Investment Company. Aziz played a pivotal role in managing fund assets, overseeing a diverse portfolio that included entities such as the steel construction manufacturer (BMK), construction materials manufacturer (DKSS), leasing company (Uzbekleasing), business center (UzOman Tower), and serving as a valuable member of the supervisory board for the shopping and entertainment center (Compass). Notably, the total value of assets under his management exceeded $120 million.

From 2011 to 2019, Aziz worked in the finance, credit and treasury departments of JSCB Kapitalbank and JSC KDB Bank Uzbekistan.

His proficiency extends to successfully closing M&A and private equity deals, coupled with a knack for building strong working relationships with counterparts from diverse countries and cultures, ranging from the Republic of Korea to the United States.

Aziz's educational foundation is grounded in Business Administration, having graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
